What are the different lenses to analyse a 'Wicked Problem'?

A friend (differentpeterkim@gmail.com) recently shared his wonderful work with me

These were my comments.... SO, what other lenses can we use to further substantiate the claim for 'F'?
" Love the graphics!!! The illustrations have effectively sent a strong message about the 'failing' state of the US education ... while it provides empirical evidence of the ROI of money invested, I am also unsure if there are other measures to support the claim. For example, your header- F is for Failure: Why America's education isn't worth the money, I am unsure if $$$ is the best way to measure success of an education system. You have shown the effect of the dropouts, but are there also other considerations to give readers a clearer sense of the state of affairs so that there leave some room for them to make a more informed evaluation. The kinds of lense to analyse such an agenda definitely lends a strong overtone. That said, I like the way it was clearly and succinctly presented!"
