From Ms Toblerone ... A convert!

I called her Ms Toblerone because when I first challenged this senior teacher that a video I showed during a particular school based training is worth viewing. She retorted by saying- "if I am not convinced then you must give a treat!" At the end of screening, she apparently wasn't. Well, that deal was worth a Toblerone. (thankfully ;) weeks later... She texted me to say "the video was indeed quite inspiring, but your toblerone was even better!")

Yesterday, I attended her research lesson on using Evaluation Matrix.  I am humbled by her own willingness to learn and apply and of course, a mindful and skillful teacher does create magic in the class and I witnessed that.

This was her SMS to me.

"Cher, thanks so sharing and helping so generously.  From bottom of my heart, u r a great trainer..actually to b honest with u,when I first knw muz attend this course, I was abit like "Tia~~oo~~Ng~~".. But after 2 sessions I feel tt some tools may be able help improve students' project ideas n Tt's y I try d ladder n the visual connection.. U got me to see the strength of a tool which I originally tot would only be useful if they haf nt pick their project idea.. Tt it can stil serve useful even after.. U got me thinking alot n I think u motivate edward alot!!"
