Physical work environment makes a BIG deal

But like we learnt today, the design of the environment has to be purposeful and user-centric. No point having white space in terms of time and rooms if we don't think through how they will connect emotively with the users and how they will use it to be more creative.

Totally agreed. I am just wondering how "white space" was created for teachers and yet, how it fell through with teachers not knowing how best to manage this new opened opportunities. I guess the idea of designing for a purpose and leverage aspirations to make new connections can then make the difference.
